Privacy notice
This site does not use analytics, cookies or tracking technologies. Cloudflare necessarily processes basic technical data to deliver and protect each page. If you email, the information you choose to include is handled as described below.
Reading this site
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. It stores nothing in your browser, and its fonts are served locally. Cloudflare Pages can add a Web Analytics script, but that feature is turned off. Because there are no non-essential cookies or trackers, there is no consent banner.
Services this site does not provide
HUC Dental has no consultation, booking, newsletter, account, advertising or sales service. It does not assess symptoms or provide personalised clinical advice.
What the host sees
Cloudflare Pages receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and the page requested so that it can deliver the site and protect it from attack. Cloudflare acts as a processor for this traffic under the data processing addendum incorporated into its standard terms. The site account shows aggregate request totals and approximate locations; it is not used to build a profile of you.
If you send an email
The email address, name and message you provide are used only to reply to you. They are not used for marketing, added to a mailing list or shared for another purpose. The mailbox is a personal Gmail account, so Google processes the message under its published consumer terms rather than a data-processing agreement specific to this site.
Please do not send clinical information
This mailbox cannot assess symptoms or provide advice about your own teeth. Please do not send photographs, medical history or other health information. If clinical information arrives in error, it is not used or shared. A brief reply will direct you to appropriate care, and the message will then be deleted.
How long emails are kept
Twelve months after the last message in an exchange, the email is deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion. A message may be kept longer only where there is a legal obligation or an unresolved complaint or dispute. Copies may remain temporarily in Google's active or backup systems after deletion from the mailbox.
Who is responsible
Hamid Choudhary is the controller for the personal data described in this notice, acting in a personal capacity rather than through a practice or company. Data-protection requests can be sent to [email protected].
Lawful basis
The lawful basis for the technical processing needed to deliver and protect the site, and for reading and answering an email you choose to send, is legitimate interests. Health information is special category data and is not requested or used; anything sent in error is deleted as described above.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Google are United States companies operating global networks, so technical data and email may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Neither service provides UK-only storage on the terms used here. Both publish safeguards under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. Cloudflare's addendum also applies standard contractual clauses with the Information Commissioner's international data transfer addendum.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
